Manifesto event: Infolit iSchool presentation in Second Life, Tuesday 13 November

Sheila Webber has kindly invited me and the other co-authors of the Manifesto (Jen Ross, Sian Bayne and Hamish Macleod) to a  Sheffield iSchool Centre for Information Literacy Research event.

There’ll be a brief presentation by me on how the Manifesto developed with a few thoughts on a couple of the Manifesto points, follow by a lot of opportunity for discussion 🙂

Here’s a preview of the presentation:

Hope to see you there!

Looks like a super presentation – how did it go?

Thanks, Nicola. It went really well. Because we were worried not everyone had voice, I wrote a transcript for the presentation. I was contemplating popping a bit of that up in the blog – the bit on the four manifesto points the presentation covered and then summarising the bits of feedback and discussion we had on those points. But first, I must work out how to use my super power that stops time 🙂
